Horizon Treatment Services is a youth focused service. Staff will share resources on substance use prevention, mental health support, and programs for LGBTQIA+ youth, as well as provide information about upcoming events. Where is the Community Hub? The Community Hub is located at the Downtown Hayward Library, on the 2 nd floor, by the Tech Lab. Ask Library staff for directions! Who can use these services? Anyone!
