Celebrate Banned Books Week with two fun scavenger hunts. Kids can explore the Children’s Room to uncover clues about challenged favorites, while teens and adults can test their knowledge with a banned book quest of their own. Discover stories once silenced—and the joy of finding them again. Please pick up a scavenger hunt list at the Info Desk between October 4 to 10. Small prizes are available for completion. This event is part of our annual Banned Books Week celebration . Request ADA accommodations for this event.

Listed by San José Public Library. Sparqkids collects family events from Bay Area libraries and city agencies so parents can find them in one place.
